Terms & Conditions

Our Standard Terms of Delivery and Payment:

• All prices shall be in USD unless otherwise specified.

• Our Standard Delivery Time varies from product to product. Please check Products to verify Delivery lead times.

• FOB, CFR and CIF are the most common Incoterms® 2010 offered by our company. Our default offer shall be FOB Indian Port.

• Extra services such as SGS / Intertek Inspection Certificate or Fumigation Certificate is not inclusive of the FOB Price and shall be charged at actuals.

• Our Payment Terms are standard 50% Advance against Order Confirmation and 50% against Irrevocable Letter of Credit confirmed by an Indian Bank, payable at sight at the following Ahmedabad banks against shipping and commercial documents.

• The validity of the L/C must be at least 60 days from date of notification to us.
